Services & fees
Our coordination fee is the only thing we charge. Medical fees are always paid by you, directly to the hospital, at the hospital's own prices. We coordinate for individual patients and for families — including pediatric and maternity visits.
Appointment coordination
$60–100 (≈¥410–680) per appointment
Finding the right hospital international department, booking, confirmation, pre-visit instructions.
Medical interpretation
$150–250 (≈¥1,020–1,700) per half-day
A professional interpreter accompanies you through registration, consultation and payment.
Accompaniment & on-site support
$100–180 (≈¥680–1,220) per visit
We meet you at the hospital, handle queues and paperwork, stay until you are done.
Full trip coordination
$600–1,200 (≈¥4,080–8,160) per trip
Everything above plus hotel/transport suggestions and a day-by-day plan for your visit.
Ranges are indicative; your exact quote depends on scope and is confirmed before any work. USD is the reference figure; CNY is approximate (≈¥6.8 / $1), not a bank quote and not used for settlement.
What we never charge for
- We take no commission or referral fee from any hospital — ever.
- We add no markup on medical fees — you pay the hospital directly.
- First WhatsApp or email consultation is free, with no obligation.
How payment works
You pay only our coordination fee — never hospital medical fees, which you settle directly with the hospital at its own prices. Fees are quoted in USD. Once we confirm your plan, we send payment details privately (international bank transfer, or a domestic method if you are already in China). We never ask for payment on this page.
