My name is Frank, and I've lived in Shanghai for more than ten years. I grew up in a small rural village, so I've felt firsthand how unevenly medical care is distributed — Shanghai has so much more than the place I come from — and I know the hesitation and unease of walking into an unfamiliar hospital, unsure of how its process works. I studied at China Pharmaceutical University and spent years in the pharmaceutical industry, doing patient education for a recombinant human growth hormone therapy. That work put me alongside families as they searched for answers, sat with their doubts, and felt the quiet relief when treatment finally worked. Today I work at a medical nonprofit, because I want the work I do to mean something.

When you reach out, I help you plan the whole trip: choosing a hospital that fits your situation, connecting you with the right international department, explaining step by step how a visit will go, and arranging your lodging, transport, and day-to-day logistics. My aim is simple — that being far from home, in an unfamiliar country, is no longer what stands between you and the care you came for.

To be clear about what I am not: I don't represent any hospital, and I have no financial relationship with any hospital or doctor. I'm not a physician, and I don't give medical advice — for anything clinical, please consult a qualified medical professional. Your medical fees are paid directly to the hospital and never pass through me. What I charge is a coordination fee, covering accompaniment, scheduling, translation, and the hands-on help that makes the trip work.
